So the rain these past few days fas been fun, it makes me remember all the good times we've had in the rain (Florida... ( ; etc.. ) But it seems to have let up this morning for a little while. I just hope it's not raining tomorrow for the game.

Anyway.. yesterday in my physics class we got to where we had about a half hour left and my professor, who is probably 80, looks at us and says, " I'm concerned about you all, I'm concerned that you're not having any fun in my class."  Dan Murphy and I look at each other, wtf? " So for the last little bit today, I'm going to teach you how to dance." WTF??? So he made us all get up and taught us this dance that is sort of like square dancing, but not really. " Now that you all know how to dance, I think the only thing left that we need is a little music." So he pulls ou an ipod and plugs it in "Now don't you just feel the excitement building!!" and we start dancing. In physics class. Now there are only a few girls in the class, so he went around to each of us and asked to dance with each of us. It was the most bizzare class. At the end he says, "You people need to learn to have more fun."

I'm really excited about the football game on saturday and all the traditions that come with it. I hope we win! I really hope we win in time for me to catch the bus to state to see meg and may. :) awesome-ness. That would be the best day.

SO I think I've finally decided to pull back a little and relax on the academics. I have 18 credit hrs. now plus marching band... so I think I'm going to drop down to about 14-15. I mean, It is my first semester of college. I don't need to shoot myself in the foot already.

Our first football game is this weekend. Hopefully I'll get out in time to catch the last bus over to state to see meg and may. That would be great. But if not, i'll probablly be coming back to concord in the end of sept. Which feels way too far away. Esp. since my b-day will be on a tuesday (ick) and not a weekend. I realized today that I have a paper due on my birthday. Ick.

I miss everyone, I hope life for you guys is going well and you're enjoying college/ marching band/ going back to HS/ etc. Much Love- Jess
